The classic overthinking definition is, “to think about something too much or for too long.” While it’s human nature to think things through when making a decision or evaluating a situation, it becomes overthinking when you can’t get out of your own head. It happens to all of us at some point in our lives – we all experience events that cause us worry or stress. But some people can’t seem to turn their concerns off. They worry about the future, making catastrophic predictions about unlikely events that haven’t happened yet. They also ruminate about the past, beating themselves up about “should haves” and “could haves.” They fret over what others might think of them or let negative self-talk build up in their minds.

How to use Overthinking to ruin your life :- Overthinking is easy to apply , just place any thought in your mind and start thinking about that thought , That the least you need to do for overthinking . Now , get equip your Seat belt and let your brain driving your thoughts , Example :- Suppose a person Driving his Bike on road and there is a Truck on the other side of Lane . Suddenly certain thoughts start coming in Bikers mind – ” what if that coming truck’s Driver turns the Truck towards me , What will happen when I was just about to Die , What if something coming in my way and I’m slipped down on Road , What if….”

This is just an example of what an Overthinking Mind used their thoughts . Its all Looking like a Trap of Thoughts . Overthinking makes you unconscious by bringing all possible Negative and positive thoughts as well.

Overthinking is that pause between texts as I wonder how they are interpreting what I said. It’s typing and deleting and sending yet another because my mind is playing tricks on me.

We don’t even know “How much Danger the Overthinking is ..” Because of Overthinking , many people faces Depression , anxiety Which lead them to take Unwanted actions like – Suicide , Drugs addiction and Bad habits .
